  2. You look amazing! Great job!!!!! I am competing in september, but really struggling with all the macro math! Im a vegetarian, and thought i’d go vegan while doing this comp! But cant seem to be able to eat enough protein during the day! I am so sick Of eating already:( have any other lunch/dinner tips?
    Breakfast is fine, And i have 2 protein shakes a day, but dinner And lunch is a pain.

  3. In order to get fitness ready body for bikni one need to get rid off cellulite completely. So, according to me dry brushing is best technique in order to get rid off cellulite completely and I have tried this technique many times also. You can prefer for the cellulite creams in order to get a good massage.
