Vegan Friendly Fitness & Muscle Defining Supplements

Hey Sistas! In my last post I mentioned I’m preparing for my first bikini fitness competition as a Vegan. In this video, I wanted to share some of the supplements I’m taking and I purchased them all from iHerb is amazing and I really love the fact that I can purchase all of the vegan-friendly supplements I need to prepare for my competition from one source. It’s much cheaper than I could find locally at stores and US shipping is free when you spend $20 or more. They have so many options available from vitamins and supplements to food and beauty products – it’s seriously a one stop shop. If you want to give iHerb a try, use my code: FKV365, for $5 off your first purchase!

  1. Hi Toni,

Great job!!!!!! I am a vegan also!!!!! I am a runner and I do Crossfit. I use Vega products… here’s the link… I use the vega sport products and the regular vega products. I really like the product. I buy Vega at Whole Foods, Vitacost, or even on their website (if they are having a sale…lol).

    Once again, great job!!!!!

  2. Girl you are looking great. I, at one point, wanted to body build and was well on my way but life happened. At the time, I was not a vegetarian, however today I am, but not vegan. Thank you for the link. Will you be adding any videos of your workout sessions? That would be a treat to watch. Good job so for because it’s paying off for sure! !

  3. You look great, and much success! Did you talk to your doctor before taking them? How did you decide that these were good brands? Thanks.
