What I Eat In A Day | Vegan Bikini Competition Diet & Workout Routine

Hey Sistas! In this video I show you what I eat in a day while I am preparing for my upcoming bikini fitness competition. I also show you a glimpse of my workout routine to give you an idea of what I’m doing to get fit for my competition. Enjoy!

Meal Plan:

*These values and foods change according to my progress.

  • Breakfast
    – Strawberry Oatmeal Tofu Smoothie
    – 1/3c Gluten Free Oatmeal
    – 1/3c Organic Strawberries
    – 1/4 Slab of Firm Tofu
    – 1/2c Unsweetened Cashew Milk
    – 8- 12oz Water
  • Post Workout Shake
    – (1) scoop Garden of Life Vanilla Protein Powder
    – 16oz water
    *drink twice a day after workouts or as a simple snack
  • Early Snack
    – Apple Cinnamon Rice Cake
  • Lunch
    – 1/4 Slab of Extra Firm Tofu
    – 1/2 medium size sweet potatoe
    – 3c Broccoli Cuts
  • Late Snack
    – Chocolate Protein Smoothie
    – (2) scoops Garden of Life Chocolate Protein Powder
    – (4) mid sized strawberries
    – 1/2c Unsweetened Cashew Milk
  • Dinner
    – 1/4 slab of Extra Firm Tofu
    – 1/2c Brown Rice
    – Whole pack of Asparagus(340g)

Workout Routine:

  • Sunday- Cardio
  • Monday- Cardio/Legs
  • Tuesday- Cardio/ Back and Biceps
  • Wednesday- Cardio
  • Thursday- Cardio/Shoulders and Hamstrings
  • Friday- Cardio/ Legs
  • Saturday- Cardio/ Chest and Triceps
