Hey Sistas! Here are my inexpensive vegan food staples that I eat throughout the week. I do switch it up and try new things and new fruits that are in season, but these foods are definitely implemented on a weekly basis. I don’t like to calorie restrict, but I consume around 2,500 – 3,000 calories per day on this lifestyle. Watch the video for more details!
- Bananas – I eat a bananas quite a bit on this lifestyle and I love them for the convenience. I can eat about 6-7 bananas and I can drink 8 bananas in a smoothie in one meal setting
- Medjool Dates
- Mangoes- fresh & frozen
- Frozen Pineapple
- Romaine Lettuce
- Gluten Free Corn Pasta
- Organic Tomatoe Puree
- Organic Mashed Potatoes
- Sushi – Cucumber Rolls & Avocado Rolls
- Organic Grapes
