Hey Sistas! You know I absolutely LOVE smoothies and pretty much drink one every single day. I posted this smoothie on Instagram and some of you were interested in the recipe, so here it is! This smoothie is vegan friendly and delicious. I will be sharing more recipes on this website with you soon, so please stay tuned!
Products Needed (Makes 1 serving):
- Blender of your choice – I used my amazing Vitamix!
- 1/4 slab of organic tofu
- 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1/3 cup gluten free oatmeal
- Cinnamon to taste
- 8 oz water
Blend all the ingredients together for about 15 seconds and serve!
