Delicious Blueberry Oatmeal Tofu Smoothie


Hey Sistas! You know I absolutely LOVE smoothies and pretty much drink one every single day. I posted this smoothie on Instagram and some of you were interested in the recipe, so here it is! This smoothie is vegan friendly and delicious. I will be sharing more recipes on this website with you soon, so please stay tuned!

Products Needed (Makes 1 serving):

  • Blender of your choice – I used my amazing Vitamix!
  • 1/4 slab of organic tofu
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1/3 cup gluten free oatmeal
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 8 oz water

The Process:

Blend all the ingredients together for about 15 seconds and serve!
