They are great for not only getting your daily recommended servings of fruits and veggies, but they help to aid in weight loss and clear your skin as well. When I started drinking green juices and smoothies, it was hard to stick to a strict regimen because I didn’t care for the taste, but now I have my perfect blend of ingredients that has an amazing flavor. It’s really delicious and now I can drink a green smoothie every day. I use all organic fruits and veggies, but if that’s not possible, you can use whatever fits in your budget. I hope this recipe helps and you start drinking more green smoothies!
- HealthMaster Elite Blender
- Kale and other dark leafy greens
- Juice – Organic Goji Berry, Organic Acai Berry or Organic Papaya
- Super Green Drink Powder – Berry flavor from Trader Joes or Green Superfood Powder from HEB
- Cayenne Pepper
Step 1: Fill the entire container with the green veggies based on personal preference and squeeze in one lemon to help cut the taste a bit.
Step 2: Add a small amount of your preferred juice and blend until it’s thick and smooth
Step 3: Add in your fruit
Step 4: Add in 2 scoops on your superfood powder
Step 5: Add in 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and blend
Step 6: Pour it in your cup and ENJOY!
