Delicious Green Smoothie for Weight Loss & Great Skin

Hey Sistas! Here’s my delicious green smoothie recipe. They are great for not only getting your daily recommended servings of fruits and veggies, but they help to aid in weight loss and clear your skin as well. When I started drinking green juices and smoothies, it was hard to stick to a strict regimen because I didn’t care for the taste, but now I have my perfect blend of ingredients that has an amazing flavor. It’s really delicious and now I can drink a green smoothie every day. I use all organic fruits and veggies, but if that’s not possible, you can use whatever fits in your budget. I hope this recipe helps and you start drinking more green smoothies!

Products Needed:

  • HealthMaster Elite Blender
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • Celery
  • Kale and other dark leafy greens
  • Lemon
  • Juice – Organic Goji Berry, Organic Acai Berry or Organic Papaya
  • Mango
  • Kiwi
  • Pineapple
  • Papaya
  • Super Green Drink Powder – Berry flavor from Trader Joes or Green Superfood Powder from HEB
  • Cayenne Pepper

The Process:

Step 1: Fill the entire container with the green veggies based on personal preference and squeeze in one lemon to help cut the taste a bit.
Step 2: Add a small amount of your preferred juice and blend until it’s thick and smooth
Step 3: Add in your fruit
Step 4: Add in 2 scoops on your superfood powder
Step 5: Add in 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and blend
Step 6: Pour it in your cup and ENJOY!

    • India watching your video on your 40lbs weight loss reminded me of where I currently am. I have decided to loose the weight I need to feel better. You have inspired me and I know this is not a new video but I am so proud of you, in the months to come hopefully this will be me.
