I am here to clarify my doubts. I am a mother to two kids. After the delivery of my second child, I am having pelvic pain constantly. I have hard that pelvic floor weakness is one of the common problems that women face because of pregnancy and childbirth. I face issues like constipation and poor urine control. I drink a lot of water to reduce constipation and so leading to urine incontinence. It’s affecting my work life very much. One of my friends had the same issue and she suggested to consult a therapist. I have decided to consult this pelvic physiotherapy in Toronto( http://www.optimalrehab.org/physiotherapy/pelvic-physiotherapy/ ). Is pelvic therapy a good option for treating this issue? I am wondering if anyone had a cure with this therapy.
