“Hey girls, I’m getting married in three months. I was taking regular workouts to put on some weight. But last day I fell at the gym and had knee swelling. I consulted my doc and he said my knee ligament has a minor injury and have to undergo therapies to correct it. He has referred me to a clinic for knee ligament injury treatment in Mississauga. They said to freeze my stress workouts for a while, I’m kind of depressed. Because I was mostly into squats, I can’t do that anymore until my treatment finishes. Today I’ve two questions; does anyone here has got any clue about the mentioned clinic? And suggest me simple but effective workouts to practice at my current situation.
