How To: Make Crochet Wigs | Natural Hair Protective Style

Hey Sistas! Crochet Wigs are a great winter protective style for your natural hair. They’re also an awesome way to try different colors and lengths without permanently altering your hair. I love these! They look so natural! I made three wigs using Marley Hair and Cuban Twist Hair. I prefer the Cuban Twist Hair over the Marley Braid hair because it has a more natural look. I recommend buying 4 packs of hair for each wig. Watch the tutorial and try it for yourself, it’s super easy!

  1. I LOVE the short one and the color. I will be trying that soon but was a particular pattern to your crochet for the short one to get that style?

  2. Loved this will try this summer; my hair is salt/pepper and I’m embracing the gray, I would like to try a color mix with gray as well.
    Love this!

  3. I love this idea. I’m a natural and money has been tight to go and get my hair done on a regular. Can we use already curly crochet hair?

  4. I’m just starting to create my wig now but I’m gonna wait until I see my mama so she can help me with it.
